Have a look on here and you will find the exact recipe but I use 3 eggs, seperated, 3oz cream cheese, tsp baking powder. Seperate the eggs, whip up the whites and BP until stiff. Seperate bowl- mix up the yolks and cheese and add to the egg whites slowly,whilst folding.
Cook on 150 for about 20 mins.
Voila.
I use them as sandwich bread or burger buns. They do taste a litte eggy but not too much and are a great sub!
