Does anyone know the syn value for the Oriental Express Egg fried rice? I've already had half a bag now but would be interested to now how many syns they are. I've tried looking online but can't find it.

I've looked all over the packet and searched google but all I can find out is that they're called Oriental express....that's about all I can find out about them
