i've just been for a swim and because i'm not in work til later i though i would go in the jacuzzi spa for a treat.

it was really really hot - just how i like it and i was in for about 10 mins. there are little showers to use after and i was in there and must have blacked out for a moment - i didn't fall over, but i smacked my head on the shower/tiles and now have a lovely lump & bruise on my right eye!

ow! ow! ow!

no-one saw me - i think

not doing the spa thing again til i'm eating!

just spoke to my hubby - good job he is working away this week otherwise people would think he'd given me black eye!

Oh no Daisy you poor thing ... please take it easy, it was most probably the hotness of the jacuzzi but if it happens again you should get your blood pressure checked (was it ok last time?)

This was part of what was going on with me and it is scary as I didn't know when it was going to happen.

You better keep your sunglasses on for the next few days or the neighbours will be talking lol! x

ooooh. Tiles are never good for hitting your head on! I comletely sympathise. I slipped over getting out of the bath once and whacked my head real good on the tiles. Managed to end up with three stitches and a cracking black eye...and a lovely scar just above my right eyebrow as a reminder.

Take it easy though. I do remember feeling quite nauseous for a few days after. You can never be too careful with bumps to the head! xx
