Just wondering about what role ketosis really plays in this and other VLCDs. I did have a bit of a Google but didn't find much so wondered if anyone here knew. I understand the benefit of ketosis and I know that it means that you're in a state where your body is utilizing bored fat and burning it away quickly. So I was wondering whether that meant if you get knocked out of ketosis, you see slower losses or even gains? Say, for example, you're sensitive to critic acid and it kicks you out of ketosis. Do you just feel the increased hunger etc or will you see a difference on the scale too?
