Over 6 stones to lose...

Hi! I have over 6 stones to lose, and i'm determined to stick to this now! Tried a few times before but ended up failing each time, which just made me feel worse and just binge on more food. Love this messageboard, given me so many tips which have been really useful already

I also have about 6 stones to lose to get to an 'ideal' weight for my height! But I find it easier by thinking of it in 1 stone at a time i.e. only 4.5lb to go until I've lost 1 stone, rather than I've got 5 to go!

Yeah, thats how I'm thinking of it now. Only 5lbs until i've lost 1 stone I was getting excited about just losing 7lbs lol Now I have less than 6 stone to lose, yay! lol

We can all do it, if we try hard enough hehe. I will not quit now!! lol
