Extra Easy over eating!!!

today I have eaten:
banana, apple, 6 wholegrain ryvita, skimmed milk in tea, big bowl couscous, roast veg, fried pork and sw chips.

syns wise 3 freddo's

however I feel so sick and full up I think I'm going to pop :(

not sure why tho!!!! maybe it was the couscous.

anyone else get like this?!
 
Remember one of the rules of slimming world is stop eating when you are satisfied, rather than full. If you aren't hungry, don't eat. This should prevent the bloated over eaten feeling that we've all had. Xx
 
yeah I know :( it wasnt ti I had
my dinner, sat back and thought you know what: IM STUFFED!!!!

off to the cinema now, was going to take grapes, but might just be water now!!!!
 
I had a hi fi for brekkie and huge chicken salad for lunch so just jacket pots for dinner but couldnt finish them. I think with SW its great as it doesnt limit our meals portion wise but its best to stop when you are satisfied x
 
all I keep thinking is, is that the food I'm eating is free or superfree!!! it's not like im eating chocolate, mcdonalds, sweets and then going I'm full!!!!

can't wait to go to bed and wake up less bloated!!!! xxxx
