I had my week 9 weigh in this morning and am now 12stone 7lb's, so just over half way to my target of 10 stone.
I can't believe I lost 5lb's this week as I've been away all week and off the diet, although I have been calorie counting and cutting back on carbs. I know I came out of Ketosis as I felt hungry, but usually a few hours after the carbs I'd stop feeling it so I guess my body was just teetering in and out. I did do a LOT of walking which must have helped as I am now into my size 16 jeans too
