hi all , had my first weigh in tonight and guess what ...ive lost 11lb OMG i cant believe it and im so going get to my goal this time !! what a fab loss if i do say so myself im over the moon
i have found it easier this time than previous restarts i feel my head is in the right place this time , i just feel different this time and what a boost the loss was !!!

I am ss at the moment and my head is in the correct frame or mind to be a good girl!! lol
