Could anyone tell me if this will be ok? I crave savoury stuff more than sweet stuff and sometimes a cup of Oxo would really hit the spot. Just wondering whether - on maintenance - would it be ok?

I used to love a cup of Oxo.
They are very low in fat and calorific content, actually I think they are 0 content in both but don't quote me on that.
I have read though that they are high in Sodium so as long as you don't drink too many I can't see any harm at all.
