can u guys tell me how u make these things u talk of as although i did cambridge never used these think itd be helpful and what is boullion however u spell if never heard of it before? Thank u

Bouillon is a low salt powder, you add hot water and drink it. I use a vegetable one, all the big supermarkets sell it, usually in the gravy, oxo aisles.
Avoid oxo its loaded with salt but the others are fine now and again when it's cold and you feel empty. Don't overdo it though.
