Hi,

Does anyone know the syns of this or if its free? Ingredients -

Salt,Flavourings (contain Wheat, Barley) ,Potato Starch ,Maltodextrin ,Wheat Flour ,Vegetable Oil ,Garlic Powder ,Herbs (Parsley, Thyme, Bay) ,Sugar​

Without even looking I can tell you that's likely to be syn free as the quantity is so low. I'll check.....

Ok I was right AND wrong.

All shake and flavours are .5 syn per level tsp but a level tsp is 5g not 3 so a 3G serving would be free but I'd syn it at .5 to be on the safe side
