Shep Pie, Minestone and choc crispie sounds like heaven!!! That's my inspiration to carry on so that I can try them!! I did try a shepherds pie on another VLCD some time ago and it was OK - wonder if the LL one will be something similar. Minestrone sounds great - something with a bit of texture in it!

As for the Shepherds Pie... how exactly are they gonna do that?! Gonna be interesting to see... maybe it's on 2 sachets; the 'meat' (soya!) part, and the top?! Hmmm...

Sure they'll arrive... stupid post around here can be a bit unpredictable! Something which was sent to me on the 12th Dec arrived yesterday! Lol... Mind you, there was no stamp on it, so pretty impressed it got here at all! Will let you know anyway...
