Packed lunches???

Just wondered if you have any inspiring ideas for easyish packed lunches, that I could take along with me the days I am at college?? I am worried I will get bored with the same thing and really want to avoid sandwiches as warburtons small slices really doesnt fill me up !!

There is no microwave facility or kettle (otherwise I would also be having mug shots lol)

I get bored of making a sarnie and salad so often take things like tuna pasta salad with me, mini quiches or stuffed peppers topped with cheese, served with rice & salad.... I absolutely love it.

I will give the quiche a go.. I don't normally cook like that but there's always a first time lol x

I love those mini quiches, I make them in the silicone cupcake moulds and they are fab. xxx

there's always a thermos flask...
take hot water for a mug shot or couscous, or if you get a food flask ( wider neck ) then things like baked beans or spaghetti hoops or even spag-bol are all possible..
a flask of "super speed soup" and a couple of ryvita or whatever..
