Packets of ham, chicken etc

    They says that they are free, how do you know what packets of ham and cold meats are free

  3. Look at the list of ingredients in the small print on the back of the packet. Is it just meat, or are there added fats, fillers, cereal products, etc. Only lean meat is free. If it is processed with lots of other stuff, then it won't be.

  5. It's essential if you aren't going to get caught out. Sometimes you need a magnifying glass, though!
