paella

has anyone tried the paella recipe in this months mag?

I made it last night it was blooming lovely. i tried it with mussels but couldnt let them go past my mouth (i did try)

but i have to write this cos i have the rest for lunch right now and it taste even better than last night!! yum!!!

Thank's I was thinking of trying that recipe some time soon, I love seafood and rice so it sounds just right for me.....I have to say that I have never cooked with fresh mussels either, I buy them in a jar or ready cooked and shelled, and I've never tried an oyster fresh from the shell, they look a bit 'gaggy' if you see what I mean, and some people slurp them up with relish.......enjoy your lunch.
