Pain killers!

Which pain killers are you allowed ?
Can I take paracetamol, Ibuprofen or something like that?

I take paracetamol and Ibruprofen xx

Ibruofen is not very good when on cambridge so only take when really need it, as it isn't very good for the stomach when eating food so never mind with shakes :/ ..Paracetamol is the best thing to take if needed regulary then ibruofen for severe pain

Ouchy ...sounds nasty I'd say make sure you take first one after a shake so there is something in youur belly xx
