i found this traditional pancake recipe and thought id share...

i work them out to be 1.2 syns per pancake :D hopefully this is right ???

4oz/112g Plain Flour - 12 syns

2 Med Eggs

7fl oz/210 ml Semi Skimmed Milk- HEA

3fl oz/90 ml Water

fry light

Makes 10 pancakes

1. whisk eggs then add water and milk
2. sift in flour then mix well
3. fry in the fry light

:D

Wouldnt u need to syn the milk..... Unless your going to eat all the pancakes LOL ;)

you could just use some of each persons allowance as the milk.

if i have the milk as a HEA on green, the syn vlues would be 1.2 though wouldnt it???? and with pancakes i possibly would eat 10 lol :D

Thanks for this useful recipe :0)

Each pancake used 21ml milk so if you have 200ml with celeal in the morning, that would leave you enough to have 2 pancakes and use the milk as the remainder of the hea xx

4oz of flour is 20 syns, not 12 syns

1 oz (which is just over 28g) of plain flour is 5 syns, so times that by 4 and it equals 20 syns.

So would be 2 syns per pancake if using some milk from your HEa allowance.

so if i have 3 pancakes thats just less milk in coffees :D i dont eat much cereal :) xx

at class tonight they were talking about a flour free pancake - has any1 else heard of these ?? they sound interesting :D xxx

theres threads on here for a syn free pancake but i dont like the sound of them good luck xx
