My pandora bracelet snapped this morning when i knocked my wrist against the desk, im gutted :sigh: and i dont have the receipt wahha

Oh no!! Have you had it for very long? Perhaps the store you bought it from will let you return it for exchange or repair?

You've got nothing to lose if you contact Pandora directly and ask them - they might repair it for free.

Did you pay by card? If you have the transaction on your statement you might be ok.

My mum got one in march last year and she let me have her receipt pheww.. went down last night and they've taken it in to send off for a replacement YAY that'll teach me to keep receipts
