I've been the same just not got my head in gear. Had a lot of social dos on. I go on Hol on 5 week so need to get something off!! I'm looking at a lot of sw recipes at the min and thinking they all look great not so sure sw would suit me as I'm busy a lot and don't want to be restricted but like their foods!! So il be looking at pointing them. Well done for getting back on x

That's no good is it too much socialising is definitely not good for dieting! Sw recipes are pretty damn good actually and I'm still losing a few of them now on ww just pointing individual ingredients.

I quite like my job too actually just don't like getting out of bed :) what do u do? My weeks going well so far totally on track and already have plans for brekkie and lunch tomorrow. Just need to point everything individually chick what did u have on your plate? X

I work for the youth offending, working with parents. What do you do?? I had lots of veg but 4 roast potatoes and big slabs of meat. It was beaut x

Oh do u that's cool, I'm a recovery practitioner in a drug service for adults so similar line of work to you in some ways x

Yummy. I like hearty food so I'm going to cook something yummy Tom like chilli. I always think its difficult to point meat that is in a meal such as spag Bol, stew, shep pie etc ... Any suggestions? X
