Pasta bake help!!!!

I made one the other day, didnt look as nice as it should have but basically I just used jar of pasta sauce (pointed a portion as 1 just in case), chopped carrots (and whatever other veg you like), 60g pasta per person (6pp), and 1 chopped chicken breast (roughly 4pp dep. on size). So 11 in total but more veg/less pasta would get it down.

Cooked the chicken separately in foil in the oven to ensure it was cooked but was still soft as it was in foil, boiled pasta while waiting (hint: make sure its *just* cooked as it softens later too, I didnt do this!) Having put the pasta to the side I cooked the carrots/veg in the pasta water, drained and added my chicken and sauce, and then the pasta, with a bit of water to allow something to boil off while it cooked through. Once thats done you can leave it to sit until you're ready to add however much cheese you want/can have and put it in the oven.

I know it's not exactly "add stuff to dish and put in oven", but it does allow you to make multiple servings to freeze & put in the oven when you like.
