I have made a pasta quiche for the first time and i made it in two dishes. I was wondering whether it is possible to freeze one of them for another time. Does anyone know.

    Thanks

dont see why not, you can freeze the ones without pasta and you can buy the ready frozen meals with pasta in them

I have frozen quiche before and tbh, when it was defrosted, it wasn't that nice....it was rather watery, I suspect from the cottage cheese, not the pasta.
It wasn't inedible (but then I eat anything!!) just not as nice as eating it fresh.

Thanks for that - I think I will try freezing it and report back at a later stage.

Yes, the cottage cheese may 'split' during thawing, but it should'nt spoil the flavour and taste of your quiche, enjoy it.
