hi everyone

i am craving a pasta bak but have no idea of point value for sauces can anyone help?

Make your own its very easy! Tin tomatoes or jar passata, fry onions, peppers, garlic, chilli (optional) add italian herbs eg basil ect fresh is best but dried will do and simmer for 20 - 30 mins. I blitz mine sometimes, its lovely and fresh and very low cal. Add some sugar if using tin tomatoes.
 
yeah passta worked out at like 0 points for a litre carton
