gently soften some chopped onion in fry light, add some garlic then add the tinned tomatoes, some balsamic vinegar, basil fresh if poss or dried if not, salt, pepper 1/2 veg stock cube and a little water, gently simmer for 10 mins, the blitz with a hand blender and then stir into pasta.
Is also nice to mix through HEA of mozzarella cheese, or HEB if green of Tuna or free if EE

I do a yummy 'jammy' pasta.

Fry sliced onion in fry light or 1 tbsp of olive oil (B). Lightly cover the onions in sweetener and fry until caramelised. Splash some balsamic vinegar on, add tinned tomatoes, lots of black pepper and some salt and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce is thick and jam-like.

It's delicious! I love it :)
