I do a yummy 'jammy' pasta.
Fry sliced onion in fry light or 1 tbsp of olive oil (B). Lightly cover the onions in sweetener and fry until caramelised. Splash some balsamic vinegar on, add tinned tomatoes, lots of black pepper and some salt and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce is thick and jam-like.
