Patatas Bravas

Have just made this for lunch to have with ham ands its seriously good. Made double amounts so we can have it with chickens thighs and green beans for dinner tonight and if there is any left I"ll have it with eggs for brekki tomorrow. YUM!!!!

It's cubes of potato dry roasted mixed with a spicy tomato sauce with garlic and onion, very yummy

Didn't have any sweet smoked paprika so used normal paprika mixed with a bit of smoked paprika and added a bit of sweetener. was quite spicey.

I don't know if the dish is as good as the real thing as I've never had it. Kids had this for their dinner and found it a bit spicy so I'll tone it down a bit next time, will also try and find some sweet smokey Paprika, perhaps its not so hot.

Yes that's my rosie she's three. I used to have an orange roan "Alfie" he was a beautiful dog an absolute hunny, Rosie is lovely but not so cuddley.
