PCOS slow weightloss

Hiya. Ive had pcos for 10yrs and on last 3year list 7 stone. I walk alit and cut out carbs after 6pm. The rest is just the usual having skimmed milk, reduced fat spread etc. Ive just had a baby and am now starting again x
 
I've joined SW and now lost nearly 2 stone from my heaviest weight last year (with several ups and downs in between - hardest thing is how quickly I put on if I have a couple of bad days! ). It hasn't been quick but I know that's down to my choices as much as pcos, when I'm really focused and on plan I get good losses.

The good news is I've really noticed a difference in that oh so attractive issue of facial hair - I still study my face every morning in the mirror but it's definitely a lot better.
