I've eaten a tuna sandwich this morning and some gorgeous pea and ham soup for my dinner, i love it!! I'm not on a diet, i'm on an healthy eating regime, i eat what i want and what i want as long as its healthy, i dont care, Neither should you. Just swap the food what you eat for the healthier versions and you will lose weight in no time, for example if you like bread, eat wholemeal, if you like chips, bake them in the oven with a little olive oil, swap your full fat milk for semi skimmed, etcetera etcetera. You can achieve your weight loss goals this year, by making small changes each day. xxxx
