Alrighty so today is my first day! Im starting with a UpDay since ive spent the last four days on a strict 1000cals so i thought i would eat a little extra today!

Breakfast = 2 Egg whites 104cals
1 piece turkey bacon = 25cals
5 sprays of dressing 5cals
small amount of mixed cheese 40cals
1 cup of sugar free pudding 60 cals
= 204 cals

Lunch = Thin Sliced Steak meat 160cals
Half a VERY large sweet potato 76cals
1 Serving of broccoli 30cals
Small amount of cheese 40cals
= 388 cals
