Snacks Peppadew Peppers! Yum!

I've FINALLY tracked down these little gem! I've been to B&M, Aldi, Tesco and Asda! Asda was the only place to stock them. I saw another lady's post about them with Philadelphia cheese (as HExA) and wanted to try something new. Just enjoyed them with a glass of merlot! I need a treat after trying hard at this diet only to find the weight very slowly coming off.

I put them in a quiche, whizz them up with the eggs and cottage cheese, and gives it a real kick!

Sorry for the delay, as you've already found out, yes they are free but I'm now intrigued by your sin free Boursin, Liz! enjoy

500g total 0% Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tsp each of garlic salt, dried parsley and dried chives and a pinch of white pepper. You mix thoroughly and then put the whole lot in a sieve lined with a muslin with something to weigh it down on top and leave it in the fridge overnight. Honestly can't tell the difference between that and the real Boursin!

I had some with peppadews last night and they were delicious. I reckon with a bit of water to slacken it I could pipe the cheese into them and make stuffed peppers. Yum!!
