    A daft question...

    all though the CD soups are nice, they are a tad bland for my liking... am i able to add pepper to them with no slow down in weight loss???

    told ya is was a daft question, i didnt want to bother my CDC over the weekend for such a silly question

    yeah you can add black pepper according to my CDC but not salt under any circumstance apparently

    You can also use a touch of chilli powder/tobasco.... the tomato is devine with a 1/4 tsp of chilli powder!
