I just finished the first week in CD and I started from step 2, I don't have a bunch of support system in my here and I don't want to lose track on my diet, so what advices you can give me? also how many time a month am I supposed to weight myself??? also any suggestion on how I can make the shakes taste better??? I found If I add a shot of espresso to the (chocolate, vanilla toffee ... ) shakes it taste better so any advice on the others? also what about the soups do they taste good? and final question are we aloud to have cheat meals? and if so how often???
