Peppermint tea?

Hey all

Hoping someone can help- i know you aren't allowed fruit teas but wondering if this means you can't have peppermint tea. I thought it was allowed but my pharmacist told me you aren't?
Also-what about adding pepper to the chicken soup?

you are def allowed peppermint tea! Its a leaf tea. I think some add a little pepper to soup but as I dont eat it I cant be certain. I rely on peppermint tea actually and mix it with my choc shakes.

wow thats a good idea!...hot i presume? Hw do you mix it?
iv tried making a lipotrim mocha-same idea but adding coffee but it tastes vile!

actually if you let it cool you can blend it with ice and the choccy shakes its really really nice. Try it!

When I saw this thread I had to go and make my self a cup of peppermint tea mmmm, do you know when you mix it with the chocolate shake is it better with hot or cold tea.

Black rose recommends cold...Gonna make some now and refrigerate overnight...will have it with choc then tomor..can't wait!

I mix my peppermint tea in hot makes a lovely relaxing mint choc hot chocolate!!

i put coffee in my chocolate and nearly cried it was so awful. held my nose and drank it!! I put worcester sauce in the chicken - have it in a bowl as if i'm having a proper starter!
