Perfect 10

Hi All

I know I've not been posting here for very long, but I've been following the plan (this time) since about April/May time.

I still have a few pounds to go and am struggling with these big time!!!!

However, I went out shopping yesterday & was thrilled (as well as amazed) to find myself fitting into some size 10 dresses!!!

So for anyone who is really struggling out there, stick with it, the plan really does work!!!

Well done, the numbers on the scales aren't always the most important thing or the best measure of fat loss, but a sexy size 10 says it all x

does anyone actually know what 'a perfect 10' is? what are the exact meaurements, i fit into some 10's but dont know what your meant to measure

well done that's fab! i much prefer looking at dress sizes that scales - it is more of an indication for me where i am at. I'll never be a 10 though - big boned!!! really inspirational.
