Just wanted to know how often you "GO" on this diet. Since I got over the diarrhoea I've had no urge to go whatsoever and I am using fibreclear too. I wonder how many days I will have to go with no urge at all?

    Don't diet anymore!
You shouldn't go for more than a few days without "going", although you aren't taking in a lot of mass you will still need to go so make sure you keep an eye on it, you will find that drinking water keeps things moving along as well.

I tend to do a No 2 every day, but then for me thats not much at all LOL TMI?!! They do say that you will possibly only go a couple of times a week! You can take Senokot if you want to get things moving, I take that about once a week if I miss a day.

Even with fibreclear I still need to take a senokot once a week to keep things moving!

i found i got major problems with senokot lol so i take dulcolax i think its different with every one

i have loads of problems going after the first few weeks on cd even with 4 litters of water so i use dulcolax and some suppository's occasionaly ,you can get from boots for a couple of quid they don't give you any upset stomach and work within an hour
