Philadelphia light

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, sorry if it has but I can't find the answer.

75g of Philadelphia light is an HEA but does this include the flavoured ones? Garlic and herb is yummy but I want to have it as my A rather than Syn it.

They are so low in syns why bother really. Or you can use them as a heb on the green plan.

Agreed, plus 75g is a lot of philly!! If I used it to stuff a chicken breast I can barely get it all in
I do tweak though and have the flavoured philly as a HEXA, I like living on the edge

Anyone know the syns in philadelphia extra light? Ive looked in my book but they don't have the exact 'name' so I'm scared to go by the cream cheeses syns. Would really, really appreciate if someone could get back to me ASAP!
