philli garlic and herb - so confused, help!!

Am cooking phillidelphia with garlic and herb (light) for dinner as i thought it would count towards my HEA, but now im not sure from looking in the search bit at the top here. can someone cofirm it for me as i was planning on using it as part of my sauce - eek! I'm doing EE.

Sorry but soft cheese is not a HEA on any plan - only a HEB and then only on green

You would need to syn it but at least it is not high in syns
