philly and nutella cheesecakes!

Hi all made some philly and nutella cheesecakes earlier was yummie!!!!
They're not the taste of a cheesecake they taste more like a muffin cake if you know what i mean..

The recipe i got was from the philly app but i adapted it to be slimming world friendly..

Ingredients which make 6 cakes
200g of philly light (on recipe it states philly extra light but i only had the light one in) works out just over 33g of philly for each muffin (2.5 syns approx)

85grams of sweetner

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 and half tbspoons of nutella (6 syns)

lightly beat the philly until soft,
add the sweetner and mix in,
gradually add the eggs to the mix.

I used a deep muffin tray spray lightly with fry light add mixture dividing equally into 6 muffins..
then add equal amounts of nuttella into the middle of each one


Bake on gas mark 5 / 190'c or until almost set for 20-25 minutes (please note i left mine in for 25 minutes i found this to long) turn off heat and leave to cool slightly in the oven.

3.5 SYNS APPROX IN EACH enjoy xx

or i guess if you wanted to calculate the weight of the philly you could also use someof it as a heA and syn any excess..

I appologise in advance if this has been posted anywhere before..

Delicuous i have eaten my desert before my main course hahah i couldnt resist!
i left mine in the oven slightly to long but they still tasted wonderful!
especially if you have a sweet tooth!

Hi sinead I'm not sure hun this is the first time I have made these..
If you try it let me know of it works would only have to Syn the nutella then x

85g of sweetner??? that's more than a whole "small" tub of spenda.. ( 75g small, 125g large ones )...

that's a lot of sweetner..

Substitute for castor sugar I didn't have the full amount of sweetener left so I used less
