Basically you make up some smash(with just the right amount of water - not too sloppy) you can add an egg, but i dont!
pat it out in to a baking tray about an inch or so thick, spray with a bit of fry light. Put it in the oven until golden brown, take out put on some pasatta (or tomato purée) onions/peppers/mushrooms etc ... Maybe extra lean ham? Some grated mozzarella... Back in for three mins until the cheese melts and enjoy!!
