If I was having a green day i would want,, a pasta n' sauce! Or SW eggs and chips! OR jacket potato beans and cheese!

Basically you make up some smash(with just the right amount of water - not too sloppy) you can add an egg, but i dont!

pat it out in to a baking tray about an inch or so thick, spray with a bit of fry light. Put it in the oven until golden brown, take out put on some pasatta (or tomato purée) onions/peppers/mushrooms etc ... Maybe extra lean ham? Some grated mozzarella... Back in for three mins until the cheese melts and enjoy!!

Syn free if using the cheese as HEA and pasatta - syn the purée if you use that xc
