That's all iv done today and im soooo p***ed off now, why do i do it?!?! im now thinking i should go without dinner so i do have those extra un-needed calories but i know thats not the healthy way. Roll on tomorrow!!!!!!
 
Draw a line under it now have a totaly syn free meal and get in as much speed foods u can i need to take my own advise i've been stressed today so reached for chocolate but at 4pm i thought stop and prep food for next few days to take my mind off eating xxx
 
It really depends what you've been picking at. If it's fruit or other sw friendly stuff then you've got nothing to worry about.

If, like me, you've eaten your own body weight in chocolate, I'd have a syn free dinner and then do your best to forget about it and focus 100% for the rest of the week.
 
well today has been ok so far. Been to a kiddies party and only had 1 small sausage roll and a biscuit then for dinner its fanta chicken so it's all good today thanks :)
 
yeah its sweet and sour made using fanta zero, its like diet coke chicken.
