I don't think you could use beef as free as it's not top of the list, but if you could it adds up as :

8½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy

If you can't it's 1 syn per 20 calories which makes it 12 syns.

That's for this one.

This one works out as 8 syns you count beef as free or 12 syns if you don't.

If it is a pastry item it doesn't qualify for a free food allowance. So 1 syn for every 20 calories will give you the total syn value.
