Piggy Regret :(

    I feel bad this morning. Last night I had the bottle of wine that I was just going to have half of.
    And then unbelievably I started eating shortbread??!!! Left over from Xmas, which I have not wanted even before was on SW.
    Why did I do it?? Feel awful this morning, slight hangover and feeling like I have wrecked all my good work over the last 3 weeks.

    Don't feel guilty, we all do it then we all go straight back on plan. This is one of the many reasons I love slimming world! :D Hope your hangover clears up soon :)

    Yes, just draw a line and start over. One bad night will not ruin the past three weeks. And don't try and "make up" for it by starving yourself today, because that will backfire on you (I have been guilty of this in the past)! Stick to the plan from today and you will be fine!

    I did this just this week so I smiled when I read your post. I had a pint of cider, half a bottle of wine and half a pork pie (pork pie for God's sake, what's wrong with me, I might as well have had a block of lard!!). I felt physically bad, so I taught myself a lesson that way. But as the others say it is straight back on it the next day and draw a line under the whole episode. :)
