Pilates Fitness...... anyone?

NO question on here is stupid! As my Dad used to say, "if you don't ask, you don't get to find out"!
I haven't been to classes, but I have a yogalates dvd. It's slow, controlled and doesn't build big muscles. It tones and does wonders for your middle section. You will feel hot, but not sweaty, and you'll need to have comfortable clothing. I'd wear a t-shirt and joggers. (Cos I wouldn't wear shorts). Let us know how you go on, oh and make sure the instructor is properly qualified.
