Pineapple

any ideas what I can do with it? The friend I go to SW with has just given me a whole one knowing that I won't eat chocolate.

I love pineapple - it's one of my favourites, but I would love to know what I can do with it.

Eat it!

you could make some fruit salad? Or a healthy SW cake.....mmmmmmm.

or a big slice ontop of a gammon steak ... (with a B of SW chips too ...)

or big chunks on a skewer with strawberries, grapes, mango and melon (etc) to make fruit kebabs - dipped in yog (etc!)

Don't forget to cut off the top and grow your own pineapple tree!!

or mix with cottage cheese (gosh - I am a font of pineapple knowledge )

I eat massive bowls of it with natural yogurt and a drizzle of honey, yum yum.
