If you get Morrisons wholemeal pitta you could use it as a HExB But dependant on brand for normal pitta, 7 syns sounds about right.
I put a couple tablespoons of passata on top of the pitta sprinkle a few fresh herbs on top, then add your cheese (28g normal cheese, or 42g reduced fat cheese) from your HExA and add whatever veg you want, and meats if you are on EE or red (or green if you have any HExB's left). then grill it until cheese starts to brown.
I toast one side
spread with tomatoe puree (worth the syn) dry fry mushrooms, peppers, and onions (but choose your own toppings) and heap on top. Finally top with 1oz grated cheese HEA and grill.
