I love pitta too. Average is 7 and a half syns. I do eat it a couple of times a week for lunch and syn it. I have it with heaps of pastrami and salad and a little hellmans extra light. You would still have both healthy b's left for brekky and tea and as long as you dont need too many syns with those meals, it is doable on the plan

I love pitta bread with falafel and humous but as it's high in syns I usually save that for after WI when I haven't eaten much all day.
