Thanks for that, will definately be having chinese tomorrow, I could eat it every day. I have just tried the ww sweet and sour stir fry sauce it was quite expensive and not that nice.

Todays menu isnt great so im not writing it down! as were having chinese tonight :) hehe cant wait i love my chinese! I always have Mushroom Chow Mein curry sauce and ss chicken in batter so thats 9 points i think as i split the ss chicken and the curry sauce! ,.... mmmmmmm cant wait! .. Im working this evening to so will get it on my way home!

Ive found a few lovely ideas for dresses for this wedding so will post when ive got down to my final few! And ive decided im gonna need to have my hair done! so im going back to blonde and thought i may treat myself for my birthday which is in may so then will only need a touch up for the wedding! hehe .........

Right babbled enough my 3yr old has vanished upstairs and is very quiet at the moment so must go see what hes trashing! hehe

Can i suggest for the wedding how about a bright streak of hot pink under colour on your hair, i am training to be a hairdresser and you can get quite temporary ones that last about 5 or 6 eashes so wouldnt need to be a permenant change but i bet nobody else thinks of doing it lol
 
OOOOoooo now that does sound good! ... Im going back to blonde again as a birthday treat to a proper salon! ... so pink would go lovely with it :)

Afnoon! ....... Well what a lovely day ~NOT~ ....... god i hate this weather!.... why is it when your garden is desperate for doing and you plan to get it done at the weekend it flaming well rains! ggrrrrrrrr Our front garden is looking like a nature reserve and our back garden is one bit concrete slab! :( i want it looking nice for the summer ! ..........Oh well wonder what the weather is gonna be like next weekend! .......... (why is it that dog farts STINK so bad ........... Bosun is currently curled up next to me on the sofa and he is suffering wind sooooooooooo BAD)
Diet wise i think im doing fine! Ive not gone over my points atall this week! .. but my scales arnt showing any movement :( ....... Were off to the big asda tomorow and dunelm mills to get some new bedding! so ill be stocking up on ww bits that tesco dont sell!
My OH is out helping his mate today so im allday in the house by myself! well with my toddler and my middle daughter! :( and the weather being miserable doesnt help, Ive got to pick up my eldest at 1.30 and then take her to another farm where she may have a riding job! . wish it were me hehe ...

Ok so thats me! being miserable LOL ......not sure what im eating today as i fancy a drink out later at our local but not sure what OH will feel like when hes home! so we shall see! .... xxx
 
Hi pixie i hate all this horrible weather 2 kids cant play in garden so under my feet all day which stresses me out lol im having low points allday as have slighly overdone it last night 4 vodkas and diet coke and 2 glasses of wine oops. Was celebrating other halfs win at football finals :)
 
hehehe! .. and why not! ... Im hoping to get out for a drink tonight even if just for an hour! .. how many points if vodka? .. or a glass of white wine? and also lager? ... not sure which to go for ? lol

My dog is the worst, she STINKS but she lays next to me, farts then turns around in absolout disgust and looks at me as if to say " Did you HAVE to " and leaves the bloody room lol :eek:

Morning girlies! ..

well my weekend turned into a bit of a nightmare! :( ... Ive weighed myself this morning (yes i know i shouldnt) but its showing a gain of 2lbs! ......... Sat night we went to the pub i had a pint of fosters and lasagne (only ate half) and then i had cheesecake! OMGgggggggggg how many points??? i dont have a clue!
Friday evening we had a chinese which is ok cos was within points yesterday i didnt count .. but dont think i went over! ... cereal, 2 babs with 1 slice of ham and a pack of quavers then 2 crumpets for tea .. OH NO ... ive just remembered i had about 12 squares of fruit and nut ! ~cries~ ... Theres no way im gonna lose any weight going on like this! I need some help before i go totally off the rails! ...

What do i do ? I get weighed tomorow night
 
Hi pixie, please dont feel bad it is just a blip just draw a line under it and start afresh today you are doing so well im sure you can get bak on track no probs have a great day will be thinking of you :) :)
 
Stop worrying coz believe me that doesn't help! Get yourself back on track and aim for a decent loss next week. Good luck X

Dont worry too much about it. Look at the bigger picture and the amount of weight that you have lost already since January. Make sure that you start again and be 100% and by next week it may balance itself out. We all have good and bad days - just start over again today - and be good!!

The only thing to do is to forget yesterday and get on with it!!
Sounds harsh but I've learned the hard way that the longer you dwell on it and panic over it the worse it becomes!!
Nothing you can do about it now apart from be good with your food and stay off the scales!!!
