Pizza Hut

I am off out bowling and then to the Pizza Hut. Has anybody got any suggestions as what would be sensible to eat in my weight loss plan

i am just doing my own diet of cutting back and increased my exercise. I do have a combination of ww, slimming world and rosemary conely recipes
