Pizza Hut

Light lunches (small portion):
salmon pasta bake is 8.5 on red
chicken caesar salad 7 on red

Hi-light chicken pizza, meduim, sliced into 6, per slice = 9.5 on both

If all else fails there is the salad bar where you can help yourself to the things you know are free/low.

Failing that- flexible syns- just be careful as full pizzas are pretty high (and I know I couldn't trust myself to just have one slice!)

They have just started a new salad station where you can help yourself, the dressings are in bottles by the side so you don't need to have it. There are loads to choose from, it isn't just lettuce and tomatoes lol x
 
i would go neutral, have a big omlette or something and snack on fruit and yoggies until you decide when you get there what sort of day you are having x
