The only way I am likely to stick to this is if I plan in advance what I will be eating during phase 1. So, I have planned my meals for the five days - am now on day 2. If anyone notices anything I shouldn't be having, please feel free to say

Lunch - tinned salmon & salad
Dinner - Pork, roasted BNS, egg
Snack - 6 cherry tomatoes

Brunch - Bacon, egg
Dinner - Spag bol minus pasta and mushrooms & with shredded white cabbage in place of pasta

Breakfast - NLY
Lunch/dinner - our for a carvery so will have meat and veg (no pots)
Snack later if needed - boiled egg

Breakfast - NLY, Kello (sp?) rice - can I have this on phase 1?
Lunch - BNS soup, salad & chicken
Dinner Mexican chicken (from THD recipe book)
Snack if needed - tomatoes

Snack - Red pepper & tomato soup
Lunch - BNS soup, Egg salad
Dinner - BNS chips, eggs, rump steak
