Plan for Phase 1

    The only way I am likely to stick to this is if I plan in advance what I will be eating during phase 1. So, I have planned my meals for the five days - am now on day 2. If anyone notices anything I shouldn't be having, please feel free to say :D.

    Friday -:checkmark green:
    Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs
    Lunch - tinned salmon & salad
    Dinner - Pork, roasted BNS, egg
    Snack - 6 cherry tomatoes

    Saturday :checkmark green:
    Brunch - Bacon, egg
    Dinner - Spag bol minus pasta and mushrooms & with shredded white cabbage in place of pasta

    Sunday:checkmark green:
    Breakfast - NLY
    Lunch/dinner - our for a carvery so will have meat and veg (no pots)
    Snack later if needed - boiled egg

    Monday :checkmark green:
    Breakfast - NLY, Kello (sp?) rice - can I have this on phase 1?
    Lunch - BNS soup, salad & chicken
    Dinner Mexican chicken (from THD recipe book)
    Snack if needed - tomatoes

    Tuesday :checkmark green:
    Breakfast - NLY
    Snack - Red pepper & tomato soup
    Lunch - BNS soup, Egg salad
    Dinner - BNS chips, eggs, rump steak

    Phase 1 complete (if all goes to plan :cross:

    Plan looks good-yes you can have the rice cereal on phase 1 but you cant have your brown rice on the same day unless you do half and half.
